چکیده
The number of deaths and disabilities is one them due to errors in the administration drugs. This can be prevented with optimal supervision. purpose study was determine influence Peer Group Supervision on performance nurses drug administration. sample numbered 23 implementing nurse leaders. results observation before being given supervision training at head (70%) are sufficient after good (100%). analysis found a meaningful peer group (p = 0.00) by showing positive pattern. better leadership supervises, also increasing. Efforts improve improving planned scheduled manner, continuous supervision, socialization Standard Operating Procedures nurses.
